Pizza Hut Pan Pizza Crust (Egg & Nut Free)

Happy New Years Eve!  Looking for a great party food? (Quick, last minute i-don't-want-to-have-to-run-to-the-store-for-ingredients!) Everyone will love this pan pizza crust.  Bake in a 9 x 13 and cut into square for quick bite sized irresistible party food.

Egg Free Pizza Hut Pan Pizza Crust
From Egg Free Bakery

1-1/3 cup warm water
1/2 tsp kosher salt
4 cup Flour, giver or take a few tbsp
1 Tbsp sugar
1 pkg instant yeast
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Additional Vegetable oil for coating pans
Parmesan cheese
Garlic Salt

Combine water, (should feel comfortably warm when you test the temperature on your wrist... like you want to take a bath in it warm) yeast and salt in a large bowl.  Allow to stand for a few minutes.  Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil.  Then add flour one cup at a time until dough forms.  It shouldn't be too dry or too sticky.  Turn out onto an greased countertop and knead for 10 minutes (this can also all be done in a electric stand mixer too).  In 3 9-inch cake pans or in 1 9-inch cake pan and a 9 x 13 inch dish, pour additional vegetable oil on the bottom, just enough to coat the bottom of the pans.  Divide dough into three (or two depending on which pans you are using) balls.  Roll out each dough ball large enough to fit pan you are using.  Place rolled out dough into greased pans.  Cover and let rise 1 to 1-1/2 hours.  Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Top pizzas with desired toppings.  Bake until cheese is bubbling and out crust is golden, about 15 minutes.  Immediately after baking, brush crust with vegetable oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
