Cocoa Banana Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies!  And it tastes like it should be more fattening than it really is.  Who can resists the blend of cocoa and bananas? 


Cocoa Banana Smoothie
From Egg Free Bakery

1 small ripe banana, frozen
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vanilla greek or regular yogurt (greek for added protein! but regular will do too)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp sugar or honey, plus more to taste if needed (mine didn't need it)

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.  Taste and add additional sugar if needed.  Yield 2-3 servings.  Serve with additional bananas on top if desired.
